16 Pet Sitting Clients/Pals Who Kept Me Busy For Several Weeks!

Hello Everyone!

I aPAWlogize for the delay in updating you about my visits in the last few weeks but it has been so busy (but fun!)  that I haven't had time to write! However, I have thought of my dear readers every literal step of the way by taking photographs of my pet sitting companions for you to enjoy!

For your viewing pleasure I present you with the above cocker spaniels named Carter, Carly, and Snoopy (from left to right of course!) who I walk every other week!

Next up is Dilly and her brother,

Music who needed me to keep them entertained!

Next is Chip (on the left) with his weekly walking buddy and my dog, Daisy!

Then there's Ajax and his "siblings",

Sonya and

Sophia who needed vacation care!

Next is Topanga who used to be shy but now sits under the coffee table to watch me very carefully!

Then there's Lily who is 19 and is a sweetheart!

Then there was Italian greyhound, Benny, who needed overnight care! He looks like a deer, doesn't he?

And then I had the pleasure of walking Shiba Inu, Nori, around town for two weekends!

And last but certainly not least was (from left to right) Sophia the Jack Russell Terrier, Luigi the Golden Doodle, and Fiona the Newfoundland who needed midday visits while mom was away!

I hope you enjoyed looking at these 16 adorable faces (17 if you count my girl, Daisy!) today!

Tedy Bruschi and Shikari Enjoy TLC From Their New Pet Sitter!

Last Wednesday Tedy the Westie (my first Westie client in 12 years!) acted a bit down in the dumps (and he should have been because mom was on a mini-vacation) on his first visit so the following day I brought my own dog,

Daisy, to accompany him! As you can see from the picture, Tedy perked right up and was a happy camper throughout his walk with us! While Daisy was camera shy she certainly wasn't shy about getting to know this fella who was named after the former New England Patriot linebacker, Tedy Bruschi, while out walking on a lovely wooded trail!

Once Tedy got settled in with a few treats and some fresh water I was thrilled to see 11 year old Shikari waiting on the couch for me! I was told he is normally shy around strangers so to have him beside me was a treat!

If you live in or near Dover, NH, and are heading out of town for a short or lengthy vacation  please consider Teacher's Pet Sitting Service to take care of all of your pet's needs! Your pets will be happy you called!

9 Teacher's Pet Sitting Service Cats Who Kept Me Busy This Month!

You may have noticed that I have not been featuring many cats in the last few weeks but I can promise that they have been keeping me busy but I have not had the time to share their pictures with you until now. I hope you enjoy their pictures as much as I have!

The first fella, above is Pierce who shares his home with his sibling,

Rondo.

Next up was my newest pal, Luna, who needed me to see her while mom was on a mini-vacation!

Next up was Music the orange tabby and his sister, Dilly, who dreamed of being outdoors while I visited them but for safety reasons were kept indoors!

My other new buddy, Lily, needed me to feed and give her lots of love while her parents were out of town on an emergency basis.

Abby sees me on irregular occasions so it was good to visit with this old gal once again!

And last but not least were siblings, Bucky,  and

Louis who were another set of indoor/outdoor fellas but were kept indoors per the request of their mom!

So there you have it! These are the nine of the many cats who have kept me busy this month!

If you live in the Dover, NH, area and are in need of a trustworthy pet sitter with twelve years of experience and excellent references please consider Teacher's Pet Sitting Service. Your cats will be happy you called!

Mojo and Echo's Overnight Care Was Doggone Fun!

Can you tell from the look on Mojo's face that he was just as worried as his sister,

Echo, was when I told them that their mom and dad were going to be away from home for 7 nights and 8 days? Even though they knew me very well they had every right to be concerned!

The original arrangement was that they would keep each other company overnight but by the second night I noticed they were getting increasingly stressed as I prepared to leave so I contacted their parents suggesting I stay overnight with them. After they said yes I packed up my things and kept them company for the remainder of the vacation and the pups were happy about that! Here they are looking relaxed on the bed with me! Isn't that sweet?

They also enjoyed sharing the bed with my coon hound, Daisy, and the three quickly became a tight-knit pack!

I was so glad to be able to provide peace of mind for these precious dogs while mom and dad were on vacation!

If you live in the Dover, NH, area and know your dogs would do better with a human by their side on an overnight basis please consider hiring Teacher's Pet Sitting Service! Your dogs will be happy you hired me!

Max Plays With His Favorite Toys

Because Max has two dog brothers I have the pleasure of returning from their walks on a WEEKLY basis to find this little guy, a rag doll, at my feet waiting for the moment when he can

untie my shoelaces and

play with the leashes! When he grows tired of these "toys" he

waits for me to give him treats!

I feel so lucky to have a curious kitten to play with after my walks are over! I love when kittens make sure they are part of the fun at each visit!

If you live in the Dover, New Hampshire area and would like your kitten to enjoy quality time with a professional pet sitter please consider giving Teacher's Pet Sitting Service a try! Your pets will be happy you called!

Molly's 5 Day Adventure With Her Pet Sitter and Daisy!

Molly's happiness was written all over her face while she goofed around with me

and hammed it up for the camera with Daisy for five fun-filled days!

Each visit was filled with adventurous walks (her ability to find sticks in hard to reach areas was amazing!), meals and snacks, snuggling at my feet and

in my lap.

As you can imagine, the girls needed a lot of R & R after the many hours of fun they shared!

It is always a pleasure to spend time with cheerful, silly, and sweet Molly but when it was time for us to leave we knew she would soon be in the arms of her dad!

If you live in the Dover, NH, area and are in need of a reliable, trustworthy pet sitter who will spend quality time with your pet, please consider Teacher's Pet Sitting Service!

Arty's Fun-Filled Weekend With Daisy and April

Arty was all smiles this weekend because he loved having his friend,

Daisy, to share snacks and

naps with!

He also loved having the cool grass under his feet and the chance to sniff all the lovely greenery around him!

He also loved making me laugh with his preference to having his meals served on his bed rather than in a bowl!

After all of the short walks, roaming in the backyard, napping, and snacking he was just as sad as we were that we had to leave! I'm sure Daisy and Arty will be dreaming of the next time they'll see each other again!

Safety First for Music and Dilly

One of the instructions I was given prior to visiting Music (the orange tabby) and Dilly was to make sure they did not escape because normally they are used to roaming in and out of doors so it was a bit heartbreaking to watch their disappointed faces when I took this picture. Even though cats come indoors when called by their owners there are no guarantees that they will pay attention to me when I call so I make sure I am very careful when I come and go.

Fortunately, Dilly forgave me for keeping her and

her brother safe inside!

If you live in the Dover, NH, area and are in need of a conscientious and experienced cat sitter who will give them the same level of care you give them when you're with them please consider Teacher's Pet Sitting Service! Your cats will be happy you hired me!

Chestnut Had a Hopping Good Time With Her Pet Sitter!

No, you're not seeing things, folks! You REALLY are seeing an angora rabbit named Chestnut roaming wild and free in her apartment alongside her siblings, Barnabas and

Nori!

When she's not roaming around she's safely tucked away in an extra large crate so I wanted to give her a chance to do what she normally does when her dad is home which is to interact with her siblings while also bouncing around her living room once or twice a day!  The only precautions I was given was to make sure she didn't chew on electrical cords and that it might take her awhile to meander back to her crate but she was a good girl on both counts!

Watching Chestnut and Barnabas play-wrestle and snuggle was one of the many highlights of my pet sitting assignment! My only regret is that I didn't get their interactions caught on video!

The way I see it, rabbits are just as social as cats and dogs so it was no surprise to me that she enjoyed sniffing my shoes and

snuggling right beside me with her sister, Nori, close by!

One of the reasons why I was hired to take care of these cuties was because their owner did not want to place them in a boarding situation so he was happy to know his pets could relax in the comfort of their own home.

If you live in the Dover, NH, area and would like to have your pets receive quality in-home care please consider Teacher's Pet Sitting Service. For further information please visit my website at www.teacherspetsitservice.com today!
